Voltalia, a leading independent power producer, is seeking an Asset Owner (IPP) to join its Tashkent operations. In this strategic role, you will oversee the performance, optimization, and commercial management of renewable energy assets in Central Asia. As Asset Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maximizing energy output, and maintaining regulatory compliance across our portfolio. You will work at the intersection of technical operations, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management, driving value creation for investors and partners. This position offers exposure to fast-growing emerging markets in the renewable energy sector, where you'll leverage your expertise to navigate complex regulatory environments and optimize asset performance. You will collaborate with technical teams, financial analysts, and government authorities to ensure the asset meets or exceeds performance targets. The role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Vos missions
- Oversee daily operations and performance optimization of renewable energy assets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
- Manage relationships with technical partners, investors, and government authorities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets
- Coordinate commercial and technical strategies to maximize asset value
- Report on asset performance to stakeholders and senior management
Profil recherché
- 7+ years of experience in asset management or operations in renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of IPP (Independent Power Producer) business models
- Proven experience in emerging markets or complex regulatory environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (business fluency)
- Master's degree in energy, engineering, or business administration
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in Central Asia or similar markets
- Knowledge of solar or wind energy technologies
- Project finance or investment background
- Multilingual capabilities (Russian, Uzbek)
