Better Together & HR Projects Coordinator

Enhance employee experience and engagement across the affiliate by coordinating transversal HR initiatives that promote talent development, diversity and inclusion, leadership effectiveness, employee well-being, and internal mobility, while supporting the implementation of key HR programs and priorities. The position is responsible for: Manage Better Together projects and other transversal projects assigned by management, with the objective of enhancing employee experience and engagement. Work closely with TA and Managers, in coordination with the TD, to ensure the achieving of the Diversity & Inclusion KPIs Assist in the development of the Succession Plan and follow up on the actions related to its implementation Coordinate the activities of the Job Posting Campaign Coordinate the activities of the TWICE committee Promote the Manager Coach by coordinating the Manager Review Campaign, driving CODEV sessions, and supporting initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness within the affiliate Deploy CARE and CARE Together program including CARE Week and affiliate initiatives Implement the company program on the prevention of psychosocial risks Promote Action! Program as a referent for the affiliate Work closely with the Communication team to create and disseminate engaging content promoting topics related to Employee Experience & Engagement role, as well as other HR related topics. Bachelor’s in Project Management, Human Resources or equivalent level Minimum of 6 years of Experience in a field with a strong service and people focus. HR experience a plus Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills and strong communication and presentation abilities High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to influence without direct authority. Fluent Portuguese and English written and speaking. Data analysis, rigor, and reliability for creating databases
