Join Tractebel Engineering as a Civil Works Site Engineer and take a leading role in critical nuclear infrastructure projects. Based at our Doel site in Belgium, you will oversee the technical management of civil works across three strategic pillars: the life-time extension of Doel 4, the decommissioning of Doel 1, 2, and 3, and ongoing operational support for active power plants. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact projects within the ENGIE Group's Nuclear Business Area. You will collaborate with experienced Site Teams, managing everything from maintenance interventions on critical structures like cooling towers to the design and construction of new facilities such as Spent Fuel Storage units. Vos missions

Ensure technical follow-up and coordination of civil works on ongoing nuclear projects
Manage civil engineering activities for long-term operations and life-time extension programs
Oversee decommissioning and dismantling civil works for Doel 1, 2, and 3
Provide technical support and civil works assistance to operational power plants
Collaborate with Site Lead and cross-functional project teams on structural design and implementation
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications

Profil recherché

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
3-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering or site management
Strong knowledge of civil works and construction management
Proficiency in English (working language)
Familiarity with nuclear or heavy infrastructure projects is highly valued
Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Un plus si vous avez

Experience in decommissioning or long-term operations projects
Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations and standards
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
Experience with industrial site operations and maintenance
Fluency in French or Dutch
