Tractebel Engineering, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Deputy Lead QX (Commissioning) to join a major international long-term project in the Mons region. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Lead QA/QX while progressively taking ownership of Commissioning activities on defined project scopes. You will be at the heart of a large-scale, multi-year initiative, coordinating and implementing Qx activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. As the primary Qx point of contact for assigned packages, you will ensure strict compliance with project requirements, procedures, and client expectations under the supervision of the Lead QA/QX. Vos missions

  • Support the Lead QA/QX in implementing and coordinating Commissioning activities across the project lifecycle
  • Act as primary Qx point of contact for assigned packages and defined scopes
  • Progressively take ownership of Qx activities while remaining under Lead QA/QX supervision
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, procedures, and client expectations
  • Coordinate and follow-up of Commissioning tasks throughout defined areas
  • Manage communication between Qx team and project stakeholders for assigned packages

Profil recherché

  • 3 to 15 years of experience in engineering or commissioning roles
  • Strong knowledge of Commissioning (Qx) processes and project lifecycle management
  • Ability to work under supervision while taking progressive ownership of activities
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in English for international project environment

  • Experience on large-scale, multi-year international projects
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with major infrastructure or industrial commissioning
