Voltalia is seeking a Development Project Coordinator to join its International Power Projects (IPP) team based in Tashkent. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of renewable energy development projects from inception through commissioning. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and local partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance across complex, multi-disciplinary environments. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, conduct site assessments, manage project documentation, and facilitate communication between international and local teams. This position offers significant exposure to project development in emerging markets, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and drive operational excellence. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential. Vos missions
- Coordinate project development activities from pre-feasibility through commissioning
- Manage stakeholder communications and relationships with local partners and government entities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking across multiple initiatives
- Conduct site assessments and prepare technical documentation for regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with EPC contractors and engineering teams on project execution
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
Profil recherché
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or development in the energy sector
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
- Fluent in English; fluency in Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience working in international or emerging market environments
- Knowledge of renewable energy projects and EPC processes
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with SCADA systems or power plant operations
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Previous exposure to Central Asian markets
- Familiarity with financial modeling or power purchase agreements
