EDP Renewables is seeking an Engineering Design Intern to join its GIS department within the Renewable Generation Assets platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing the digital transformation of renewable energy infrastructure across our global operations. You will search corporate repositories to populate our enterprise GIS platform, identify and analyze data provided by various business units throughout their lifecycle, and utilize ArcGIS Pro to digitalize, homogenize, and standardize EDPR internal spatial data for integration into our corporate GIS solution. This internship offers exposure to cutting-edge geospatial technologies applied to wind, solar, and hydrogen energy projects. You'll work in a dynamic, inclusive environment where innovation and collaboration drive decisions. Vos missions

Search and extract information from corporate repositories to populate the corporate GIS platform
Identify, analyse and test data provided by different business areas throughout their lifecycle
Digitalize and standardize EDPR internal data using ArcGIS Pro
Homogenize data formats across multiple sources for integration into Corporate GIS Solution

Profil recherché

Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Topography or similar discipline
Master's degree and/or certification in GIS and/or ArcGIS
English B2 level minimum
Strong technical and academic knowledge in geospatial technologies

Un plus si vous avez

Experience with renewable energy projects
Familiarity with multiple data formats and standards
Knowledge of spatial databases
Experience in data quality assurance
