Voltalia, a leading French renewable energy company, seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to oversee complex energy infrastructure projects in Tunisia. In this pivotal role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage stakeholder communications, coordinate with local partners, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive operational excellence from inception to commissioning. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on Tunisia's energy transition while managing significant technical and commercial challenges. Your expertise in project planning, budget control, and team leadership will be essential as you orchestrate resources across dynamic construction environments. You'll work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and local authorities, requiring strong diplomatic and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, multicultural settings and can adapt to evolving project conditions. Vos missions
- Lead and manage all EPC phases from design through commissioning
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Manage stakeholder and client communications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Monitor project quality and technical specifications
- Resolve technical and commercial issues on-site
Profil recherché
- 5+ years of EPC project management experience in energy sector
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience working in North Africa or similar emerging markets
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with solar or wind energy projects
- Familiarity with SCADA and control systems
- Knowledge of Tunisian regulatory environment
- Experience with international financing and EPC contracts
- Leadership in remote or challenging operational contexts
