Voltalia, a leading international renewable energy company, seeks an experienced EPC Site Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of critical energy infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, you will manage all on-site operations during the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and navigate complex technical and logistical challenges across diverse geographical locations. As EPC Site Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing robust project controls, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving operational excellence on the ground. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining Voltalia's reputation for delivering world-class renewable energy solutions. Vos missions
- Oversee all site operations during the EPC phase
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor and control project risks and issues
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams on site
Profil recherché
- 5+ years of experience in EPC project management or site management
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy project execution (solar, wind, or hybrid)
- Proven expertise in project controls and schedule management
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with international projects and diverse regulatory environments
- Background in O&M (Operations & Maintenance) projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with SCADA or energy management systems
