Orano USA seeks an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to lead industrial security at Project IKE, a state-of-the-art uranium enrichment facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As the appointed security official, you will establish, administer, and continuously improve comprehensive security programs protecting classified information, special nuclear material, and proprietary enrichment process data. This role requires deep expertise in nuclear security regulations (32 CFR Part 117, 10 CFR Parts 25, 73, 95), interface with Cognizant Security Agencies (NRC, DCSA, DOE), and maintain Facility Clearance eligibility. You will oversee personnel security clearances, access authorization programs, classified matter protection, and insider threat initiatives while ensuring full compliance with federal security requirements and preparing for regulatory inspections. This is a critical position within Orano's nuclear fuel cycle operations, offering the opportunity to shape security infrastructure for tomorrow's clean energy infrastructure.
Vos missions
- Serve as appointed FSO and primary security official for facility security and classified access authorization programs
- Maintain Facility Clearance eligibility, KMP listings, and administer FOCI mitigation requirements
- Develop and implement Standard Practice Procedures Plan, security SOPs, and classified information handling procedures
- Manage personnel security clearances and NRC access authorizations including initiation and reinvestigation
- Oversee badge, access-control, visitor and escort programs for protected and classified areas
- Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for NRC, DCSA, and DOE security inspections
- Lead Insider Threat Program and ensure SEAD 3 and adverse information reporting compliance
- Manage classified matter protection, GSA-approved containers, and information system security interfaces
Profil recherché
- Current or ability to obtain Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- Extensive knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), 10 CFR Parts 25, 73, 95 and applicable DOE orders
- Proven experience as Facility Security Officer or equivalent senior security role in nuclear/defense sector
- Proficiency with DISS, NBIS, NISS security systems and classified information management systems
- Strong understanding of personnel security, access authorization, and insider threat programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with federal agencies and regulatory bodies
Un plus si vous avez
- Prior experience with uranium enrichment or fuel cycle operations
- Knowledge of export control and ITAR regulations
- Experience managing FOCI mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with nuclear facility construction and startup phases
