Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct. Ownership of Lubricants business P&L Develop and implement sales strategies for lubricants across the national market. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth across Automotive Oil Segment in Cambodia. Provide the demand forecast for all lubricant’s product segments to supply team and work closely with them to ensure product availability and working capital optimization on inventory. Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management. Support senior management to develop long-term business plans that align both corporate financial objectives and lubricants business. Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and materials for B2B & B2C. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze sales data to optimize pricing and product offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Act as manager coach by focusing on delivering operational objectives, building an inclusive and collaborative working environment, and developing people. Collaborate with legal team on Anti-Counterfeit and Smuggle products Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field, MBA preferred. Good command of Khmer/English writing and speaking

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2 years in management roles and 3 years in business or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken)
  • Commercial awareness of Cambodia market and lubricants distribution channels
  • Financial management expertise (budgeting, P&L, pricing)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Dynamics)
