To assist the RSES in ensuring the HSE Management System (including Safety Management System as per Seveso) is deployed and effective on Site.
To evaluate HSE aspects of Operations preparations activities (including procedures) and identify the need, organize and conduct the required risk studies, propose adequate risk mitigations measures
To assist Sorveglianti randomly in participation to the TBT and the associated checks (PPE, isolations, postures, tools, risk mitigation effectiveness, …)
To ensure that DGS, LTI, HiPo, mitigation measures are in place.
To lead the first investigation steps to any incident / accident, produce the Synergi reports as well as the Safety Alerts.
To drive HSE performance in accordance with TotalEnergies Group objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team and service providers
Hold the SafePass system at Site, organize site HSE induction and site training.
Perform random HSE audits at the work location.
Ensure in coordination with Sorveglianti that all appropriate authorizations needed for conducting operations are obtained, and ensure their follow-up
To ensure a proper maintenance and inspection of the Harnesses, Portable Detectors, Special PPE, Breathing Apparatus, …
To provide HSE support and assistance to all Production Division
To participate in the definition of the HSE on job training and drills for Field Operations personnel and monitor execution
To produce the Site HSE KPIs.
To assist OSC for contribution to the HSE Committee Meetings and the HSE Weekly Meetings and updating of Site HSE dossier
To guarantee the test and inspections of firefighting equipment’s (FW pumps test, deluge test, hydrant and monitor test…)
To act as First Intervention Team Leader in the ACP organizing under RSES emergency coordination.
Promote Company’s HSE and quality policies, rules, procedures and programs; Implement actions to reach Company’s HSE objectives;
Promote safety and environment awareness.
This position involves a specific work schedule and requires availability to work also during public holidays.
Purposes
Management of Health, Safety, Environment and Security activities for Production Division and reporting of related performance.
Promotion of HSE amongst the Production Division.
RAL 50-55k (annual gross salary)
Engineer or equivalent qualification.
15 years minimum in Oil & Gas industry. Recognized safety management qualification in an operating environment (project and/or operations, with practical experience).
Sound knowledge in HSE matters, legislations, Company HSE standards. Fire fighting systems, fire extinguishing systems, Oil spill and chemical management on industrial site Sound monitoring. Gas monitoring.
Experience on e-permit, permit to work system, isolations, inhibitions, operational risk analysis, cause tree analysis.
Certification required for the position : Radioprotection technician - Attestato di persona competente in radioprotezione (art. 128 comma 2 D.Lgs. 101/2020 RC2: advanced fire fighting Oil spill IMO 2 Confined space certificate (rescue) - Coordinatore (CSP-CSE) per i requisiti di sicurezza e salute ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 81/2008.
Good leadership skills. Ability to manage a team, method, rigorous, well organized, responsibility, natural authority, decision making.
Italian and English fluent level.
