Voltalia seeks an experienced IT Azure Cloud and Exchange Online Specialist to join its Porto office. In this pivotal role, you will architect, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions that support the company's global energy operations across solar, wind, and renewable assets. You'll be responsible for managing Microsoft Azure environments and Exchange Online deployments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems while maintaining enterprise-grade security and performance standards. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud modernization and energy transition, supporting Voltalia's ambitious growth across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application development, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in cloud governance, identity management, and collaborative platforms will be critical as Voltalia continues to expand its digital capabilities. The role demands both strategic thinking for long-term cloud roadmap planning and hands-on technical execution. You'll mentor junior team members, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Vos missions
- Design and deploy Azure cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise environments
- Manage and optimize Exchange Online deployments and Microsoft 365 services
- Implement cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Oversee hybrid cloud integration between on-premises and Azure systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT team members
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation and runbooks
- Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization
Profil recherché
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
- Proven expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises integration
- Advanced understanding of networking, storage, and compute in Azure
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Un plus si vous avez
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305)
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of energy sector IT infrastructure or similar critical industries
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
