Tractebel Engineering, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks an experienced Lead Engineer specialized in Civil Engineering for Bridges and Tunnels to join its Civil Infrastructure department in Hasselt, Belgium. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on impactful large-scale infrastructure projects across Belgium, focusing on bridges, footbridges, and tunnels. Vos missions
- Lead, motivate, coach and manage a small project team of structural engineers and draftsmen
- Design civil works from conception phase through detailed engineering for bridges, tunnels, and retaining walls
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering complete infrastructure project designs
- Ensure quality and compliance of structural designs on large-scale projects
- Contribute to project delivery timelines and budget management
Profil recherché
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 6-10 years of professional experience in civil/structural engineering
- Proven expertise in bridge and tunnel design
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Fluency in English (and/or Dutch/French an asset)
- Knowledge of relevant design standards and regulations
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Project management certification or experience
- Familiarity with Belgian infrastructure standards
- Background in sustainable design practices
- AutoCAD or advanced design software proficiency
