EDP Renewables seeks an experienced LV Dispatch Operator to support the operational management of electrical distribution networks in Lisbon. In this critical role, you will interpret and analyze event records, manage incident dispatch systems, and ensure continuous electricity supply to customers through proactive fault detection and smart grid technologies. You will monitor low-voltage network performance, coordinate with operational teams during contingency situations, and apply legislative frameworks governing electrical network exploitation. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of renewable energy infrastructure, contributing to Portugal's energy transition while managing complex technical systems that serve thousands of customers. Vos missions

Support operation of electrical distribution network and interpret event records
Analyze low-voltage grid performance through smart grid systems
Operate incident management systems and coordinate field interventions
Dispatch incident responses and manage customer electricity supply restoration
Analyze operational team performance and compliance with legislation
Manage network operations during major contingency situations
Support development of proactive fault detection projects
Ensure safety and quality standards in all operations

Profil recherché

Professional training at 12th Year level or equivalent
Qualification in Electrical Installations Technician, Electrical Networks Technician, or related field
3-5 years professional experience in technical operational roles
Basic computer skills (Windows) and MS Office proficiency
Availability for shift-based work
Residence in Portugal
Strong commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality standards

Un plus si vous avez

Advanced smart grid technology knowledge
Experience with SCADA systems
Fluency in additional languages beyond Portuguese
Project development experience in fault detection systems
