Building Maintenance – Painter Technician 📍 Livingston, TN What You'll Do Perform painting and surface preparation to maintain buildings, equipment, and facility appearance Complete preventative and responsive building maintenance tasks Perform remodeling as needed Work from ladders and lifts when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition Manage maintenance-related inventory and materials Assist with training new employees and team members Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner to support plant operations Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility painting preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations Willingness to work overtime when needed Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
