EDP Renewables is seeking an experienced Networks Operations & Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team in Maia, Portugal. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of our Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical networks that power the renewable energy transition. You will integrate our maintenance team, conducting regular inspections, scheduling critical works, and ensuring optimal availability of network assets. This position offers the unique opportunity to directly contribute to sustainable energy infrastructure while working with cutting-edge electrical systems. Based on-site in Maia, you'll manage budget allocations, coordinate maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot complex network challenges. Vos missions
- Integrate and support the maintenance team for LV and MV network operations
- Inspect and operate Low Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical networks
- Budget, schedule, and monitor maintenance and technical works
- Perform availability regime management for LV and MV network assets
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve operational network issues
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures
Profil recherché
- Training at 12th Year level or Technical/Professional Course in Electrical Installations Technician
- Professional experience between 2 and 5 years in operational technical roles
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in LV and MV network operation and analysis
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools
- Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel
- Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near Maia
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus orientation
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with SCADA systems or network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of renewable energy infrastructure
- Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and regulations
- Self-confidence and agility in fast-paced environments
