Vos missions

• Provide legal expertise for development, preparation, execution and administration of real estate documents for wind and solar projects
• Prepare and supervise paralegals in drafting options, purchase agreements, leases, easements, and financing documents
• Participate in negotiations with landowners and their attorneys for real estate agreement execution
• Review pro forma title policies, land surveys and resolve title due diligence issues
• Prepare checklists and timelines for real estate due diligence coordination
• Approve real estate documents for execution in compliance with company policies
• Manage external legal resources for efficient task completion

Profil recherché

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
• 7+ years of real estate legal experience including title insurance and power projects
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, options, land leases, easements, and financing documents
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Un plus si vous avez

• Experience representing developers and owners in power project legal matters
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Experience with title insurance policies and general liability policies
• Litigation background in real estate matters
