Our German Development Department is looking for a Project Development Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director - Germany, you will be in charge of the development of a portfolio of battery storage projects and in future other technologies such as wind and solar, from identifying the site to securing the land and the permits until construction starts. The main tasks include: Identify new greenfield opportunities for battery storage projects; Identify suitable land, approach land owners, negotiate and sign land lease agreements. Also source and manage land agents, and land consultants; Managing the development of projects in all the aspects with various local stakeholders; Launch monitoring studies; Coordinate all the parties involved in the projects (consultants, advisors, local authorities, grid companies, suppliers, etc.); Liaise with spatial planners, technical and environmental experts and prepare all permitting applications; Manage the permitting process with the relevant authorities; Lead the submission of offers in the case of public or private tenders; Manage pre-construction tasks closely with risk assessments, procurement tender preparation, support to EPC negotiations and draft of technical and commercial appendices.

Profil recherché

Master's degree in engineering, business administration, geography or related field
2 to 8 years of experience in similar project development tasks
Experience with renewable energy projects or infrastructure development
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in German and English
Valid driving license
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel
Integrity and ethical standards
