Join Tractebel Engineering, part of the ENGIE Group, as Project Manager PMC for Data Center projects. You will serve as the client's representative, leading multidisciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle—from early design through construction, commissioning, and handover. This senior role requires overseeing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives while interfacing with designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. You'll be the single point of contact ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and Data Center standards. Vos missions
- Act as single point of contact for the client within PMC scope
- Represent client interests toward EPC contractors, designers, and suppliers
- Lead multidisciplinary teams throughout full project lifecycle
- Coordinate overall planning, control, and delivery of Data Center projects
- Ensure scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives are met
- Interface with stakeholders from early design through project handover
- Manage project alignment with contractual requirements and DC standards
Profil recherché
- 15+ years of project management experience in engineering or infrastructure
- Proven track record leading complex, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of Data Center project standards and requirements
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of HSE, quality, cost, and schedule management
- Experience with EPC contractors and vendor coordination
Un plus si vous avez
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Previous Data Center or mission-critical facility experience
- Familiarity with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) models
- Experience in energy sector or large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of Belgian construction standards and regulations
