Hutchinson Cadillac is seeking a motivated and results-driven Shipping Supervisor to lead first-shift warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for supervising shipping personnel, coordinating daily outbound shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The position is being recruited to provide first-shift leadership support within the warehouse and shipping function.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily shipping and warehouse activities
Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate shipment processing
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics teams
Promote continuous improvement and compliance with company policies
