Join EDP Renewables' wind development team in Rodez and contribute to the energy transition by identifying new wind farm sites across French territories. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to combine GIS analysis, stakeholder engagement, and territorial policy assessment in a rapidly growing renewable energy sector. You will analyze energy potential using advanced cartographic tools, contact local communities and elected officials, and prepare materials for strategic meetings that shape the future of wind energy in rural France. Vos missions
- Analyze energy potential of territories using internal GIS tools and local policies
- Contact and organize meetings with elected officials and local stakeholders
- Support territorial analysis using cartographic tools and local data
- Prepare materials and participate in meetings with local communities
- Contribute to the search and identification of new wind development sites
Profil recherché
- Master's degree in energy, environment, political science, geopolitics, geography, or CSR, or Grande École (engineering, IEP, business school)
- Advanced knowledge of GIS tools and office software
- Strong interest in territorial planning policies and strategies
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Good oral expression and communication abilities
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience working with local communities and stakeholders
- Knowledge of renewable energy development processes
- Familiarity with French territorial governance
- Interest in rural development and socioeconomic dynamics
