We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Partner to join our Human Resources team in Malaysia and play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining the talent that powers our business. This is more than a traditional HR role. As a Talent Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to create exceptional employee experiences while contributing to strategic talent initiatives that support business growth and transformation. Partner with leaders and employees to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from attraction to onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs through proactive sourcing, workforce planning, networking, and succession planning initiatives. Drive learning and development initiatives that strengthen capabilities and support career growth. Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs that make TotalEnergies a great place to work. Leverage data and insights to support people decisions and improve HR processes. Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic people initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. 8 -10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering or a similar HR role. Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across diverse functions. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. Commercial mindset with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in a multinational or complex business environment.
