EDP Renewables seeks an Acceleration & Transformation Senior Specialist to drive strategic and digital initiatives within the Global Energy Management (GEM) platform. This hands-on role, embedded within the Strategy & Transformation team, will lead transformation project modules across GEM's operations, translating strategic priorities into executable workplans and measurable milestones. You will coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives—from GEM's digital roadmap implementation to strategic plan execution—mobilizing cross-functional teams across regions while maintaining disciplined execution and risk management. The ideal candidate combines structured problem-solving with pragmatic delivery capabilities, able to move seamlessly from strategy definition to operational execution. You will prepare executive updates for GEM leadership, identify and mitigate key dependencies, and ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions through effective knowledge transfer to business teams. Vos missions
- Lead or contribute to transformation project modules across GEM, structuring workplans and mobilizing teams
- Translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, milestones, owners and decision points
- Drive execution through hands-on problem solving, stakeholder alignment and disciplined follow-up
- Support large transformation projects from scope definition through delivery tracking
- Prepare concise executive updates for GEM leadership, flagging risks, dependencies and decisions
- Ensure adoption and ownership transfer of delivered solutions to relevant business teams
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, economics or engineering
- More than 4 years of experience in transformation, project management or business consulting
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Structured problem-solving capability to break down ambiguous topics and drive recommendations
- Execution discipline to convert plans into milestones and track delivery
- Strong stakeholder management across senior and working-level teams, regions and functions
- Fluency in English

- Experience in energy sector or large-scale organizational transformations
