EDP Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy production (wind, solar, hydrogen), is seeking a Brand & Communications Assistant to join its Networks platform in Lisbon. This role offers a unique opportunity to support strategic brand initiatives while contributing to the energy transition. You will partner with the brand team to manage communication projects end-to-end—from initial briefing through final delivery. Coordinating with creative agencies, production companies, and suppliers, you'll ensure seamless project execution while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and deliverables. Your attention to detail will be crucial in verifying brand identity consistency across all communication materials, safeguarding EDP's visual and messaging standards. You'll handle routine brand requests from internal departments, organize project documentation, and provide operational support for campaigns, events, and content creation. This position blends creative oversight with organizational excellence, requiring someone who can track complex workflows, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft Office proficiency with an eye for design and familiarity with Adobe tools—particularly Illustrator—to review and refine graphic materials. Knowledge of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and audiovisual production experience are valued assets. Vos missions
- Support brand team in managing communication projects from briefing to final delivery
- Coordinate with agencies, production companies and suppliers; track timelines and deliverables
- Verify brand identity application across all communication materials
- Respond to routine brand-related requests from internal departments
- Organize and maintain project files, materials and documentation
- Provide operational support for campaigns, events and content production
- Review graphic materials and make minor adjustments using Adobe tools
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years' experience in branding, marketing or communications in corporate or agency settings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent written Portuguese and good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams)
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience and eye for design
- Familiarity with Adobe tools, particularly Illustrator
- Experience with generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Background supporting audiovisual productions
