Voltalia is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join its dynamic team in Porto or Oliveira de Frades, Portugal. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models that support our renewable energy projects from conception to execution. You'll work alongside engineers and project managers to translate complex design requirements into precise CAD documentation, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing design efficiency, reducing production costs, and accelerating project timelines. As a CAD Designer at Voltalia, you'll contribute to the global energy transition by delivering high-quality technical solutions for our wind, solar, and hybrid energy projects. Vos missions
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for renewable energy projects
- Develop technical documentation and design specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Optimize designs for manufacturing and cost efficiency
- Prepare construction and assembly drawings
- Support project teams with design modifications and iterations
Profil recherché
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of professional CAD design experience
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and conventions
- Ability to work with complex engineering specifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in renewable energy or power generation projects
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience with CAD scripting or automation
