Develop and deploy the strategy for one or more Purchasing categories at site or division level
Consolidate global requirements and optimize negotiations within the assigned scope to secure the best commercial and financial conditions
Establish and manage a preferred supplier panel and maintain relationships with key partners in line with the defined Purchasing strategy
Negotiate and implement framework agreements by identifying productivity opportunities and supporting their deployment across sites
Operate in accordance with the Group procedures (Purchasing processes, ethics, anti-corruption policies) and leverage expertise in negotiation, legal matters, technical analysis, data analysis, and project management
Ensure the QCDIS performance of assigned suppliers
Vos missions

Profil recherché
- Expertise in procurement and supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation and legal knowledge
- Experience with technical and data analysis
- Knowledge of Group purchasing processes and ethics policies
- Project management capabilities
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in tools and equipment procurement
- Multi-site or divisional purchasing experience
- Anti-corruption compliance experience
