EDP Renewables seeks a Data & Process Optimization Specialist to drive digital transformation within its Client Solutions platform. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, combines advanced analytics, process engineering, and innovation to optimize litigation and debt recovery operations. You will leverage Power BI, SQL, and AI-driven tools to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights. Your expertise will span process mapping and redesign, automation opportunity identification (RPA, workflows, smart forms), and functional requirements definition for IT implementation. As a bridge between business and technical teams, you'll champion continuous improvement culture, challenge existing practices constructively, and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity to shape operational maturity, reduce costs, accelerate recovery timelines, and contribute to EDP Renewables' global renewable energy mission through strategic optimization and intelligent automation.
Vos missions
- Analyze operational, financial, and legal recovery data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Create dashboards and predictive models using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support strategic decisions
- Map end-to-end processes and design optimized future-state workflows with focus on efficiency and cost reduction
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities including RPA, workflows, smart forms, and AI-based classification models
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT and technical teams
- Support implementation, validation, testing, and post-implementation monitoring of new solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and change management to embed data-driven decision-making culture
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for operational enhancement
Profil recherché
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, or related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation
- Proficiency with analytical tools: Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL or equivalent
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and process optimization methodologies
- Experience with process mapping and as-is/to-be analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Passion for artificial intelligence and advanced analytics applications
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and quantify business impact
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with RPA platforms or workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with AI-based classification models or machine learning applications
- Knowledge of litigation or debt recovery processes
- Experience in change management initiatives
- Exposure to hybrid agile/waterfall project methodologies
