EDP Renewables seeks an Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Asset Operations and senior leadership team within the Renewable Generation Assets platform. This hybrid role based in Houston, Texas is pivotal in coordinating key initiatives, tracking organizational priorities and commitments, and ensuring executives have timely, actionable information for informed decision-making. You will maintain centralized tracking mechanisms for strategic priorities, initiatives, and leadership commitments—including deliverables, owners, milestones, due dates, dependencies, and status. Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting progress, risks, and areas requiring attention. Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics while coordinating leadership meetings with agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. You will also handle administrative transactions, maintain organizational resources and documentation, and serve as a professional liaison across departments and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the strategic execution of renewable energy asset operations on a global scale, supporting leaders driving innovation in wind, solar, and hydrogen energy solutions.

Vos missions

  • Maintain centralized tracking for strategic priorities, initiatives, and leadership commitments with deliverables, owners, milestones, and status
  • Coordinate regular updates from senior leaders and project owners to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting progress, risks, and leadership priorities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
  • Prepare and maintain executive presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and business documents
  • Process expense reports and administrative transactions using company systems
  • Maintain organizational resources including charts, contact lists, and SharePoint documentation
  • Interface professionally with employees, executives, internal departments, and external partners

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible executive administrative or project coordination experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands
  • Experience tracking projects, initiatives, and deliverables through completion
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Un plus si vous avez

  • Experience in energy or renewable energy sector
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems
