Join EDP Renewables' Global Acceleration Office as an intern and contribute to strategic organizational transformation projects. You'll work alongside a dynamic project management team, supporting the diagnosis and implementation of transversal initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global renewable energy platforms—wind, solar, and hydrogen. This hybrid internship offers hands-on exposure to business transformation, process improvement, and strategic planning. You'll coordinate stakeholders across functions, develop action plans with clear interdependencies and risk assessments, and contribute analytical work including benchmarking studies and business cases. Your role spans content development, requirements gathering, and proposing innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges. You'll also help establish the infrastructure—tools, reports, models, and formal mechanisms—needed to embed change management and evolving performance systems. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your understanding of how renewable energy leaders scale sustainable operations globally, working in a collaborative, agile environment that values diverse perspectives and fosters continuous learning.

Vos missions

Support project management team in diagnosis and implementation of strategic and organizational projects
Coordinate stakeholders and drive progress to meet implementation timelines
Create and monitor action plans with identified interdependencies and risk mitigation
Perform business analysis and gather requirements to propose innovative cross-functional solutions
Conduct benchmarking studies and develop business cases for process improvements
Contribute to setting up transformation infrastructure including tools, reports, and models
Support evolution of performance management mechanisms to drive organizational change

Profil recherché

Engineering or Management degree
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral)
Structured and effective presentation and communication skills
Motivation and eagerness to learn
