Are you a recent graduate passionate about Human Resources and eager to kick-start your HR career?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate HR Executive to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions while working with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The position operates within a highly regulated and competitive upstream oil & gas industry in Malaysia.
The HR Graduate position is responsible for:
Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding, employee data management, transfers, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and workforce data to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
Provide first-level HR support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and assisting with employment documentation and administrative processes.
Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening and interview
coordination.
Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits and payroll.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and digital HR transformation activities.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analytics.
Support ad hoc HR activities, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
Specific knowledge:
Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles, policies, and practices.
Understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
Awareness of compensation and benefits administration.
Understanding of HR operations, employee records management, and HR systems.
Basic knowledge of HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data management.
Awareness of employment legislation, data privacy requirements, and HR compliance.
Understanding of employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management concepts.
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
