EDP Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy generation (wind, solar, hydrogen), seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join its Renewable Generation Assets team in Carregado. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial electrical, electronic, and automation systems across our facilities. You will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, work with electrical panels, motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, actuators, control systems, and substations. Your expertise in reading electrical schematics, interpreting technical drawings, and analyzing system performance will be critical to ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, instrumentation, and operations teams to optimize maintenance processes and drive continuous improvement. As a key technical contributor, you will maintain compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards while preparing detailed technical reports and leveraging computerized maintenance systems. Vos missions
- Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on industrial electrical, electronic and automation systems
- Diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults across various plant systems
- Work on electrical panels, motors, variable frequency drives, sensors, actuators, control systems and substations
- Read, interpret and analyze electrical schematics, diagrams, technical drawings and manuals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards in an industrial environment
- Prepare technical reports and record maintenance activities using computerized systems (e.g. SAP)
- Collaborate with other technical disciplines in maintenance activities and process optimization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical standards and participate in training programs
Profil recherché
- Training at 12th grade or Technical-professional courses in Electrical Installations, Electrotechnics, or Automation
- More than 2 years of professional experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems, industrial electronics and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and commitment to deadlines
- Residence or willingness to relocate near Carregado (mandatory)
- Focus on service quality and attention to detail
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience or familiarity with SAP Maintenance module
- Background in energy sector or heavy industry
- Level 5 Technological Specialization in Mechatronics or equivalent
- Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems (wind, solar)
