Deepki, a leading SaaS platform for sustainability in Real Estate, is seeking a Legal Counsel qualified as a Solicitor to join its London office and support its rapid expansion in the UK market. You will work alongside the Paris-based legal team, taking ownership of key commercial matters with a primary focus on SaaS contracting, integration of recently acquired UK businesses, and regulatory implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for an independently-minded lawyer comfortable in fast-scaling environments, where you'll directly draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements while providing practical counsel on data protection, product compliance, and operational workflows. You will be the main legal contact for UK and US sales teams, escalating complex issues to senior counsel while autonomously driving standard commercial matters forward. Beyond contracting, you'll monitor the UK regulatory landscape, support AI and digital strategy implementation, and work cross-functionally with sales, product, delivery, and leadership to streamline processes and ensure compliance. This role demands sound judgment in non-binary situations, strong prioritization skills, and a proactive approach to finding scalable solutions. The hybrid setup (3 days/week in office) offers flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with your team.
Vos missions
- Serve as main legal contact for UK and US sales teams, partnering with the Paris-based legal team
- Lead review and negotiation of SaaS agreements and high-volume commercial contracts
- Provide strategic and day-to-day counsel on commercial contracting matters with clients
- Drive pragmatic solutions to scaling UK business contracting challenges
- Independently manage standard commercial matters and escalate complex issues to senior lawyers
- Monitor UK regulatory landscape and contribute to wider compliance strategy
- Support AI and digital strategy implementation for UK market with legal expertise
- Ensure internal team conformity with legal and compliance standards
Profil recherché
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- 3+ years of experience in commercial law or SaaS contracting
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements independently
- Strong understanding of data protection and product compliance regulations
- Experience working in fast-scaling environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Sound judgment and ability to balance pragmatism with risk management

- Experience with M&A or business integration matters
- Familiarity with Real Estate or sustainability sector
