EDP Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy production (wind, solar, hydrogen), is seeking a Networks Planning & Projects Electrician to join its Networks Business Platform in Maia, Portugal. In this full-time contract role, you will play a crucial part in designing, planning, and executing Medium and Low Voltage network construction activities. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to implement construction works, ensure rigorous safety compliance, and drive network optimization initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from technical design and costing in company software systems to field supervision and stakeholder management. You'll support operational managers in day-to-day challenges, identify new network investments, and work closely with project design teams to resolve customer requirements. Vos missions
- Support and implement construction works in Medium Voltage and Low Voltage networks
- Design and cost new construction works using company software systems
- Supervise fieldwork progress and manage external service provider capacity
- Identify and propose new network developments and investments
- Oversee planning and execution of all network construction activities
- Ensure safety procedures compliance across internal teams and partners
- Collaborate with Project Design team to address customer complaints
Profil recherché
- Training at 12th Year level with Professional Course in Electrical Installations Technician or equivalent
- Professional experience of 2-5 years in technical operational functions
- Proficiency in Windows and Office tools (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel (mandatory)
- Residence in Portugal, preferably near Maia (mandatory)
- Strong commitment to Safety, Environment and Quality standards

- Background in Electrical Networks or Electrotechnics
- Experience with Public Lighting systems
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer focus and attention to detail
