Vos missions

Lead and develop Alqueva's Unit team with electrical and mechanical expertise
Manage power plant operations ensuring equipment availability and compliance
Define and monitor facility performance variables to anticipate issues and efficiency gains
Coordinate diagnostic processes to identify root causes of technical problems
Define, schedule and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions
Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and multi-year maintenance planning
Coordinate external suppliers and service providers with EDPP teams
Interface with Hydropower Optimization Management team

Profil recherché

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
3 to 8 years professional experience including team coordination
Proven experience in compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality policies
Experience in planning and managing maintenance activities or project execution
Proficiency in English language

Un plus si vous avez

Hydropower or renewable energy operational background
Experience with performance monitoring systems and SCADA
Project management certification
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
