EDP Renewables seeks an Organizational Design Specialist to drive transformational initiatives across the EDP Group. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, positions you at the heart of organizational strategy, where you'll design and implement methodologies that reshape how the company operates. You'll conduct deep organizational analyses, translate complex data into executive insights, and guide stakeholders through structural redesigns. Your work will span from defining operating models to monitoring implementation of organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units and People & Organization teams. This short-term contract offers exposure to enterprise-scale transformation projects in the renewable energy sector, combining analytical rigor with strategic influence. You'll partner with senior leadership, develop structured recommendations, and prepare high-impact presentations that drive organizational evolution. Vos missions
- Support the definition, development, and implementation of organizational design methodologies and operating models
- Lead organizational design and redesign projects, analyzing structures, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop organizational analyses and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Prepare executive presentations and structured documentation for leadership forums
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and P&O teams to implement organizational initiatives
- Monitor implementation plans to ensure quality delivery, deadline compliance, and stakeholder alignment
- Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities to guide organizational decisions
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, or related field
- Professional experience in Organizational Design, HR/People & Organization, or Management Consulting
- Knowledge of Organizational Design and Operating Model principles and methodologies
- Strong organizational analysis and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with structured thinking approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience in organizational transformation projects
- Background in executive presentation development
- Familiarity with energy sector operations
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
