EDP Renewables is seeking an Organizational Development Lead Expert to drive strategic talent and organizational initiatives across EDPR NA. This pivotal role bridges senior leadership vision with operational excellence, overseeing leadership development, talent management, and organizational optimization in a complex, matrixed global environment. You will partner closely with the Center of Excellence, Regional P&O teams, and cross-functional managers to assess organizational challenges, design scalable talent strategies, and ensure flawless implementation. This position shapes the future workforce through succession planning, performance management optimization, and high-potential talent pipelines. As a trusted advisor to executives, you'll facilitate transformational leadership workshops, guide talent reviews, and ensure consistency across job architectures and titles. Operating from EDP Renewables' Houston downtown office in a hybrid model, you'll bring deep consulting acumen and executive presence to influence organizational change at the highest levels. Your strategic mindset and multinational experience will be essential in cultivating leadership excellence and driving sustainable organizational performance across the renewable energy sector.

Vos missions

Oversee organizational development initiatives for EDPR NA in collaboration with CoE and Regional P&O teams
Assess organizational issues and develop strategic initiatives to optimize implementation
Design and implement leadership and talent strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
Ensure consistency and accuracy of job descriptions, titles, and organizational architecture
Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development
Facilitate leadership workshops and executive talent discussions
Identify training and development needs and recommend tailored solutions
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational and talent matters

Profil recherché

5-7 years of professional experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic P&O consulting
Strong consulting mindset with ability to act as trusted advisor to senior leaders
Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and talent strategies in complex organizations
Solid understanding of core Talent Management processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership pipelines, high-potential development)
Experience facilitating leadership workshops and executive talent discussions
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence
Degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field

Un plus si vous avez

Experience working in multinational energy or renewable energy sector
Knowledge of US business and cultural context
Advanced change management certification
Executive coaching background
