EDP Renewables seeks an OT Cybersecurity Expert to strengthen operational technology security across global renewable energy assets. In this hybrid role based in Porto or Madrid, you'll shape OT cybersecurity governance, design secure architectures for wind, solar, and hydrogen projects, and lead compliance initiatives aligned with IEC 62443 and NIS2 regulations. You'll collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to embed Security by Design into new assets and upgrades, manage vulnerability and incident response in OT environments, and drive strategic cybersecurity roadmaps. This is a pivotal position for someone passionate about protecting critical energy infrastructure while advancing the global energy transition. You'll mentor teams, participate in incident response, and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously enhance security posture across EDP's renewable generation portfolio.
Vos missions
- Develop, maintain, and communicate OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate governance
- Support compliance activities for OT cybersecurity frameworks including IEC 62443, NIS2, and regulatory requirements
- Design and review secure OT architectures including network segmentation, remote access, and data flow control
- Lead vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident analysis activities in OT environments
- Coordinate OT cybersecurity projects ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Support development and testing of OT incident response plans in coordination with cybersecurity teams
- Contribute to OT cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training for operations and maintenance teams
- Participate in working groups related to compliance, risk management, and technology standardization
Profil recherché
- University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Energy, or Telecommunications Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Minimum two years of professional experience in OT cybersecurity or related field
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Fluent Portuguese (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIS2)
- Experience in risk assessment, gap analysis, and compliance audits
- Proficiency in OT network architecture and security design
- Incident response and vulnerability management experience
Un plus si vous avez
- Additional education in Cybersecurity or Technology Risk Management
- Spanish language skills (highly valued)
- Experience in renewable energy or critical infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of SCADA and industrial control systems
