EDP Renewables seeks a Quality and Process Excellence Lead to champion a robust quality culture across the organization. Based in Houston, this full-time role bridges operational excellence and strategic quality management within our global renewable energy platform. You'll lead quality initiatives across wind, solar, and hydrogen operations, leveraging the ImPaQ Quality Management System to gather data, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities span historical data analysis, quality assessments, digitalization of operational checklists, and performance metrics development in Power BI. You'll collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot issues, validate quality control procedures in Excel and Resco, and support the development of new software interfaces. This position requires 3+ years of quality experience, a degree in engineering or related field, and expertise in MS Office Suite. You'll travel up to 25% and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where analytical problem-solving and attention to detail are essential. Vos missions
- Lead quality culture advocacy and promote quality initiatives across EDP Renewables organization
- Assist with historical quality data processing, reporting, and trend analysis
- Review and communicate ImPaQ Quality Management System cases
- Monitor Quality Assessment program progress and collaborate with field sites
- Digitize operational checklists and provide technical support to field teams
- Develop and validate quality control checklists in Excel and Resco
- Support standard operating procedures documentation based on process flow charts
- Develop and test new performance metrics using Power BI
Profil recherché
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant quality experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated problem-solving capability
