EDP Renewables seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Finance to lead financial operations across its Vietnam entities. This pivotal role combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on leadership of accounting teams in a dynamic multinational renewable energy environment. You will drive monthly financial closes, ensure IFRS and Vietnamese accounting standards compliance, and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities. Beyond reporting, you'll act as a trusted business partner to regional management, providing financial insights that shape investment decisions and commercial strategies. Your expertise in SAP systems and process automation will accelerate digital transformation initiatives within the finance function. This position offers the opportunity to impact a fast-growing renewables portfolio spanning wind, solar, and hydrogen technologies. You'll manage cash positions, strengthen internal controls, and lead a talented accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you'll operate at the intersection of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strategic growth in one of Asia's most vibrant renewable energy markets.
Vos missions
- Lead monthly financial close activities and consolidation for Vietnam entities with timely and accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) across all financial processes
- Coordinate statutory audits and serve as primary contact for external auditors
- Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to regional FP&A and local management teams
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity requirements, and working capital performance across Vietnam operations
- Drive internal controls compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead Vietnam accounting team with coaching, technical guidance, and performance development
- Support SAP implementation, data migration, automation and digitalization of finance processes
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 8-15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multinational environments
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local statutory requirements
- Prior experience managing audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience with SAP ERP systems
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management capabilities
- Knowledge of Vietnamese tax filings (CIT, VAT, FCT) and regulatory requirements

- Renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or project-based industry experience
- Experience with consolidation and group reporting requirements
- Expertise in intercompany funding arrangements and shareholder loan management
