We are looking for a Senior Reservoir Engineer to join our Reservoir Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to high-value subsurface studies, reservoir management activities, reserves evaluations and development projects across a diverse international asset portfolio.
You will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside geologists, geophysicists, drilling and wells professionals, production engineers and development teams, helping to deliver innovative and fit-for-purpose technical solutions that support both business performance and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Reservoir Engineer, you will:
Validate and interpret reservoir data to support field and discovery evaluations.
Coordinate specialist studies required for the construction and maintenance of reservoir simulation models.
Perform reservoir simulations and dynamic reservoir analyses in partnership with geologists and geophysicists.
Develop production forecasts, reserves evaluations and uncertainty assessments for development scenarios.
Identify opportunities for reservoir optimisation, field redevelopment and future appraisal programmes.
Support integrated asset studies and contribute to decision-making on field development projects.
Apply advanced reservoir engineering methodologies and simulation techniques when required.
Present technical recommendations and study outcomes to stakeholders and governance forums.
Mentor and coach junior reservoir engineers and contribute to capability development across the organisation.
Promote strong HSE behaviours and continuous improvement in all activities.

Your Background
We expect that you have:
A master's degree, PhD or equivalent qualification in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
Approximately 10 to 15 years of reservoir engineering experience.
Strong experience in reservoir simulation and dynamic reservoir modelling.
Proven ability to work autonomously within reservoir engineering activities.
Experience participating in integrated subsurface studies and field development projects.
Operational experience within asset teams, affiliates or integrated geoscience and reservoir studies.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers.
Professional fluency in English.
Total Rewards Package
As part of our commitment to fair and transparent remuneration practices, the base salary range for this position is DKK 828.000 - 1.104.000 annually, reflecting the expected level and scope of the role.
In addition to the base salary, we offer an annual performance-based bonus, pension contribution, employee share ownership program participation, wellbeing and insurance benefits, flexible working practices, training and development opportunities.
The final salary offer will be determined based on objective criteria such as qualifications, relevant experience, competencies, role scope, responsibilities, organizational needs, and market alignment.
