EDP Renewables is recruiting a Service Management Senior Specialist to join its Global Business Services (GBS) platform in Lisbon. In this strategic role, you will oversee service performance monitoring and ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements across our comprehensive service catalogue. You'll analyze performance data, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement through governance rituals and stakeholder management. Working at the intersection of operations and strategy, you'll maintain service catalogue alignment with our evolving operating model, guarantee service quality delivery, and collaborate closely with internal GBS teams to optimize our service ecosystem. This position is ideal for an analytical professional with strong Excel and Power BI expertise who thrives in cross-functional environments. You'll influence how we measure, manage, and enhance service delivery across EDP Renewables' global operations in renewable energy (wind, solar, hydrogen). Vos missions

Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance across the Global Business Services catalogue
Analyze performance data and identify deviations from established targets
Keep the service catalogue updated and aligned with the operating model
Drive service management governance rituals and stakeholder follow-up meetings
Monitor and assess the quality of services delivered by GBS teams
Collaborate with internal GBS teams to optimize service delivery

Profil recherché

Degree in Management, Economics, or financial-related fields
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Experience and/or genuine interest in Service Management
Team spirit and collaborative mindset
Proactive, autonomous, and continuous improvement orientation

Un plus si vous avez

Proficiency and experience with Power BI
Knowledge of Spanish language
Experience with ticketing tools (back-office perspective)
Background in renewable energy sector
