PSC contracts on multiple Blocks, currently pursuing extensive exploration, appraisal and development phases:
PSC contract on Block 58 (40%, TE Operator, partnered by Apache 40% and Staatsolie 20%), pursuing development Project phase.
PSC Contract on Blocks 6 & 8 (40%, TE Operator, partnered by QE 20% and Paradise Oil Company 40%), currently preparing exploration and appraisal phase.
PSC Contract on Block 64 (40%, TE Operator, partnered by QE 30% and Petronas 40%), currently preparing exploration and appraisal phase
Office-based in Paramaribo with the possibility of missions to project AOIs (Districts)/ local communities
Strong interface with all other entities in the Affiliate, with HQ and Suriname authorities
Prepare along with Contract and Procurement (C&P) key documents for construction projects, including preparation of tender documentation, technical evaluation of bids, recommendation of contract awards, presentation to management and contract committees
Following issuing of the contracts, manage and supervise the execution of the construction contracts including tracking of expenditure.
Liaise with construction contractor to ensure timely site mobilization of personnel and equipment (follow-up on project documentation and required mobilization activities)
Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of contractors, ensuring adherence to approved specifications, standards and procedures.
Organize, perform and record a full audit of pre-site conditions with involved contractor(s), (site conditions report with photographic documentation)
Maintain a good understanding of all architectural drawings, structural drawings and all associated specifications.
Attend Contractor(s) site meetings and Toolbox talks, overview of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) site conditions
Monitor site personnel for adherence of safety procedures ensure that the project safety standards are always carried out, report all incidents to HSE representative
Ensure that the project is executed in compliance with all local and National regulations
Report to Social Performance Lead on all requests for change to scope of work, ensure traceability of all RFCs
Developing a good understanding of all project stakeholders around the construction areas, required engagements, and required engagement frequencies
Keep construction teams updated on relevant community issues and highlight potential community related risks to Project Site Representative and relevant contractors
Organizing engagements with stakeholders according to construction activity requirements and ensure stakeholders are fully aware of when construction teams will start working
Collecting questions and concerns from stakeholders in relation to construction activities and provide timely responses.
Maintaining up to date register and record of all stakeholder concerns, perceptions, questions and any other stakeholder feedback relating to construction activities and ensure this information is captured in the Borealis tool.
To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the supervision of Contractors within the construction scope of works
Advanced degree in Social Performance Project Leading, Construction Management, Project management or related discipline
10 years of professional experience in general construction supervision, site works and general civil infrastructure inclusive within local communities
Good knowledge of all applicable Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OSHAS)
Excellent communication skills with prove ability to develop and maintain good relations with stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proven administration capabilities, QA/QC, estimating and reporting experience required
Proven Contractor coordination experience
Intermediate computing and application skills (Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft Project)
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) and Sranang Tongo

Profil recherché
- Diplôme avancé en gestion de projets de performance sociale, gestion de construction ou discipline connexe
- 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en supervision de construction générale et infrastructures civiles
- Connaissance approfondie des normes HSE et OSHAS applicables
- Excellentes capacités de communication et relation stakeholders
- Compétences intermédiaires en informatique (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project)
- Maîtrise du néerlandais, anglais et sranang tongo (parlé et écrit)

- Expérience antérieure dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier
- Expérience de coordination de sous-traitants
