EDP Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy production across wind, solar, and hydrogen sectors, seeks a Transfer Pricing Intern to support its international tax compliance operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany transaction monitoring across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring consistency with Group transfer pricing policies. Your work will directly support transfer pricing audits, tax inspections, and strategic initiatives including business restructurings and intercompany services arrangements. Based in Lisbon or Madrid, you will conduct research on OECD Guidelines, transfer pricing legislation, and emerging tax developments under senior supervision. This is an ideal platform for ambitious recent graduates passionate about international taxation and corporate finance to build technical knowledge while contributing to a leading renewable energy company's global tax strategy.
Vos missions
- Support preparation, update and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies across multiple jurisdictions
- Gather, validate and analyse financial and operational data for transfer pricing compliance and reporting
- Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure consistency with Group transfer pricing policies
- Assist during transfer pricing audits, tax inspections and information requests from tax authorities
- Conduct research on transfer pricing legislation, OECD Guidelines and tax developments
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR and business areas to collect transfer pricing analysis information
- Support transfer pricing projects related to intercompany services, financial transactions and business restructurings
- Prepare presentations, reports and supporting materials for team activities
Profil recherché
- Final year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Interest in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation
- Good Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Team player with collaborative mindset and positive attitude
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience with transfer pricing software or tools
- Familiarity with tax authority procedures and audits
- Knowledge of multiple tax jurisdictions
- Previous internship in tax or finance
