Statkraft, leader européen des énergies renouvelables, recrute un Engineer pour rejoindre son 24/7 Operation Center à Oslo. Dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique, vous assurerez la disponibilité et la performance de l'infrastructure IT globale du groupe. En équipe réduite avec un planning en rotation 3x8, vous serez responsable de la surveillance continue des services critiques, de la réponse aux incidents et de la coordination avec les équipes spécialisées. Ce rôle offre une excellente opportunité pour débuter une carrière en opérations IT au sein d'une organisation internationale de premier plan, où stabilité de service, sécurité et excellence opérationnelle sont prioritaires. Vous travaillerez de manière autonome et collaborative, contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus opérationnels.
Vos missions
- Monitor continuously IT infrastructure, applications, and services across global operations
- Respond to alerts, incidents, changes and service requests following operational procedures
- Perform first and second line troubleshooting and service restoration activities
- Escalate incidents and coordinate with technical teams and on-call specialists
- Contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and knowledge sharing
- Support stability, security, and availability of Statkraft's global IT services
Profil recherché
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 IT Support, Operations, or similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with Windows clients and servers operation, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Experience with network infrastructure, printers, and video conferencing solutions
- Strong customer and service orientation with professional incident handling approach
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL framework
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Self-motivated, structured, and resilient in high-pressure situations
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in 24/7 operation center environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools
- ITIL certification
- Experience with incident management platforms
