Deepki, the leading SaaS platform for sustainability and energy performance management in real estate, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across the UK market. In this strategic role, you will own the country-level marketing roadmap, translating global initiatives into locally-relevant campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll partner closely with UK sales, SDRs, and strategic technology partners to execute integrated demand generation programs—from high-touch roundtables and roadshows to digital campaigns and account-based marketing for priority verticals. This is a bridge role between global marketing strategy and local market execution, requiring you to serve as the primary marketing voice for the UK while providing valuable market insights back to product and content teams. You'll drive full-funnel ownership, from lead generation through conversion, leveraging Salesforce/HubSpot to measure ROI and marketing's impact on revenue. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability, thriving in a collaborative environment where you influence both sales strategy and partner-led growth initiatives.
Vos missions
- Own the UK marketing roadmap and align tactics with sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the UK enterprise market and specific buyer personas
- Design and execute high-touch UK events including roundtables, roadshows, and conferences
- Manage end-to-end lead flow and full-funnel ownership in collaboration with SDRs
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives for high-value enterprise accounts
- Co-design and execute joint marketing programs with key UK technology and integration partners
- Track and optimize partner-influenced pipeline and campaign ROI using Salesforce/HubSpot
- Serve as UK subject matter expert, providing market feedback to global product and content teams
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the UK enterprise market
- Strong track record of demand generation and campaign execution
- Experience working closely with sales teams and SDR organizations
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
