Deepki, the leading SaaS platform for real estate sustainability and energy performance management, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product and Sales in a fast-evolving market. You'll translate complex innovations into compelling narratives that drive deals, architecting market perception through data-driven execution. In this hybrid role based in Paris or London, you'll own strategic positioning across our product suite, develop sales enablement programs, and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with quarterly releases. As the voice of our products, you'll lead thought leadership initiatives, become an expert on buyer behavior and competitive dynamics, and partner with Finance and Product on pricing optimization. This is a high-stakes, agile position where proactive execution and sales-first thinking are essential—perfect for someone who thrives on shifting priorities and understands that great products succeed only when they sell.

Vos missions

  • Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing teams targeting key audiences
  • Train and enable sales channels on customer problems solved and develop sales enablement materials
  • Create internal tools and external collateral assets, guiding teams on deployment and usage
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for all supported capabilities aligned with quarterly release cycles
  • Conduct market intelligence research to understand buyer personas, purchasing behaviors, and key buying criteria
  • Develop competitive strategy and positioning to differentiate against competitors
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives including speaking engagements and written content
  • Partner with Finance and Product teams to optimize pricing models reflecting value and market positioning

Profil recherché

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in fast-paced software environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly proactive with ability to deliver high-quality output in fast-paced, two-week sprint cycles
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and go-to-market execution
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Un plus si vous avez

  • Deep understanding of Real Estate Investment and/or Finance sector
  • Full professional proficiency in French or German
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in sustainability or green building technology sector
