Vos missions
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify business opportunities, address technical objections, and develop tailored sales strategies for DACH market prospects
- Analyze Real Estate-specific challenges faced by customers and present Deepki's solutions as key to overcoming operational and sustainability goals
- Demonstrate the value of Deepki's sustainability platform through impactful presentations and demos tailored to Real Estate professionals
- Create and develop resources that effectively communicate Deepki's value proposition to Asset Managers, Fund Managers, and Sustainability Managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, consulting, and engineering teams to enhance Deepki's offerings
- Empower the sales team by sharing expertise, best practices, and enabling effective communication of Deepki's value proposition
Profil recherché
- 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or similar technical sales role
- Deep understanding of Real Estate sector, sustainability challenges, and regulatory requirements
- Strong technical acumen combined with strategic business thinking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Proven ability to translate complex technical and financial requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Un plus si vous avez
- Knowledge of sustainability regulations and ESG frameworks in Real Estate
- Experience with SaaS platforms in the energy or Real Estate sector
- Fluency in German or French
- Background in energy efficiency or environmental consulting
