Deepki, a leading French SaaS platform for building energy performance management, is seeking a Customer Care Platform Adoption Specialist to drive client success from our Paris headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our German and international customers, ensuring seamless platform adoption and exceptional user experiences. You'll conduct comprehensive training sessions, proactively identify and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance our product. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on sustainability by enabling real estate professionals to harness data for the transition to net-zero buildings. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot complex platform challenges, maintain detailed CRM records, and contribute to refining processes for international deployment. Your passion for data, technology, and customer success will be essential as you help transform one of the world's most carbon-intensive industries into a force for environmental good.

Vos missions

  • Serve as primary point of contact for end-user enablement, platform improvement, and issue resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client questions and technical issues via email and phone
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on platform features, functionality, and best practices
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot platform-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous platform enhancement with the product team
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets in the CRM system
  • Contribute to creation and improvement of internal processes, with focus on international deployment

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
