Deepki, the leading SaaS platform for sustainability in real estate, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its UK Client team in London. This permanent role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and sustainability impact. You will manage customer portfolios through every phase of their journey with Deepki's software solution. From initial implementation and platform configuration to ongoing adoption support, you'll ensure customer retention and satisfaction while driving long-term loyalty. Your responsibilities extend beyond project management—you'll analyze customer data, prepare comprehensive reporting, and lead regular client meetings to demonstrate tangible value. As a sustainability expert, you'll guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes (EU-Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD, GRESB) and help them achieve their decarbonization goals. You'll support CapEx planning, conduct CRREM analyses, and address emerging sustainability challenges including climate risk mitigation and biodiversity. You'll also contribute to internal excellence by refining team processes, translating customer feedback into product roadmap improvements, and enhancing training materials and documentation. This role requires comfort managing multiple accounts simultaneously, working with large datasets, and leveraging quantitative analysis tools like Excel. A strong understanding of SaaS solutions and business application principles is essential. Vos missions

  • Manage and support customer deployment of the Deepki SaaS software solution
  • Lead project management during the initial implementation phase of the customer platform
  • Configure the Deepki business application according to customer needs
  • Analyze customer data and draft deliverables including reporting, analyses, and energy balances
  • Support customers in operation and adoption of the application for long-term loyalty
  • Advise clients on sustainability management and UK/European regulatory compliance
  • Accompany clients in their decarbonization journey through analysis and action planning
  • Participate in product roadmap development based on user and customer feedback

Profil recherché

  • Project management experience with multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis and management of large datasets using Excel
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions and business applications
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Un plus si vous avez

  • Background in real estate or energy performance sector
  • Familiarity with CSRD, SFDR, EU-Taxonomy, or GRESB standards
  • Experience with CapEx planning or decarbonization strategies
  • Knowledge of climate risk assessment methodologies
  • Proficiency in French
