Join Deepki as a Senior Engineering Manager and lead the technical transformation of our SaaS platform dedicated to building energy performance management. You will manage two high-performing teams, translating global strategy into clear technical trajectories while championing our core values of Trust, Care, and Simplicity. You'll optimize our engineering flow to ensure secure, continuous, and reliable delivery while maintaining velocity as a competitive advantage. Your mandate extends beyond execution: you'll mentor autonomous leaders, drive strategic decisions on product vision versus technical excellence, and foster a culture of psychological safety where experimentation and learning from failures are celebrated. You'll architect our approach to AI integration, ensuring pragmatic efficiency gains without compromising quality or critical thinking. As a unified technical leader, you'll document decisions transparently, balance innovation with tech debt management, and develop the next generation of engineering talent. Vos missions
- Manage and develop two cross-functional engineering teams while fostering autonomous leadership
- Translate 12-18 month strategic vision into clear technical trajectories and roadmaps
- Optimize engineering flow to deliver securely, continuously, and reliably while maintaining competitive velocity
- Balance product vision with technical excellence, making strategic arbitrage decisions on innovation and tech debt
- Champion company values and create a culture of psychological safety enabling experimentation and fast learning
- Guide teams through pragmatic AI exploration, identifying genuine efficiency gains while maintaining quality and security
- Drive career development cycles and mentor peer managers on complex people management challenges
- Establish transparent decision documentation practices and ensure alignment across technical leadership
Profil recherché
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in people management and team leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and scale engineering organizations
- Strong understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies and software delivery excellence
- Experience building and maintaining high-performance teams with focus on psychological safety
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in balancing product delivery with technical quality
- Fluency in English and French for internal and external communications
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in SaaS or B2B software products
- Background in energy, sustainability, or climate tech sectors
- Exposure to AI/ML tool integration and pragmatic AI adoption strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps culture
